Chicken Stirfry

2-3 Chicken breasts, cut into 1-2 inch pieces1/8 cup olive oil1/2 each green, red, and yellow (or orange) bell peppers1/2 cup of chopped carrots1/2 cup of broccoli1/2-3/4 cup chinese snow peas1/2 cup of Kikkoman Teriaki sauce1 cup white rice1 3/4 cup water1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriaki sauce
Rice: In a saucepan, bring to a boil the water and teriaki sauce, then add the rice, and follow instructions on package for cooking time. When done, remove from heat.
Stirfry: In a skillet, put olive oil and chicken breast, which has been cut into bite-sized pieces. When cooked, drain off any excess olive oil, and add the veggies and teriaki sauce. Cook over low or medium heat until little sauce remains and veggies are tender. Serve over rice, and add sesame seeds if desired.
