4 c. cooked whole wheat spaghetti4 tsp minced garlic1 c. chopped onion2 tsp brown sugar1 TBSP garlic chili sauce1 TBSP light soy sauce2 c. cooked broccolivegetable cooking spray
Cook spaghetti without salt until al dante and drain. Spray with cooking spray and put back in warm pot. Add garlic, onion, brown sugar, chili sauce, soy sauce and brocoli and heat through, stirring constantly.
