Ingredients
3 C Water3 C Whole Wheat Flour4.5 - 5 C White Flour1.5 tsp salt1 T or less Olive oil2 T dry yeast2 Cans (6oz) tomato paste2 Cans (6oz) Water2 tsp Garlic powder2 tsp onion powder. I use ground minced onion.1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp basilSeasonings are to taste. These are the the amounts I useTop pizza with cheese, and your choice of toppings.
Directions
Mix the first 6 ingredients into a bowl and knead til smooth. Divide into three parts and make the sauce while the dough rests.

For the sauce, combine tomato paste, refill the cans with water and add two cans of water to the paste. Add garlic, onion, oregano, and basil (and any thing else you like) and stir them into the paste mixture.

Roll out your dough onto three large lightly greased cookie sheets. Poke holes into the dough with a fork to prevent "bubbling". Spread sauce on each. Top each with a little more than 4 cups of cheese. Add your choice of toppings. This recipe is calculated for pepperoni, canadian bacon, and salami. Bake these for 16 minutes at 450 F. Happy eating!

(a note. this does not feed 48 people. it is calculate to give an estimate of calories per slice if you cut each pizza into 16 square pieces.)
