Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked Minute Rice1 lb Jenny-O's 93% lean ground turkey1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning1/2 cup Hormel Bacon Bits1 cup low sodium salsa (I use Italian Rose Fresh Salsa from Sam's Club)1 Green pepper Diced4 Tbsp chopped onion1/4 cup diced celery
Directions
Prepare rice per instructions
(2 cups should make 3 cups cooked).
Brown Turkey and as cooking add in vegetables
(to avoid using oil or spray or butter)
Once brown add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water.
Cook until well mixed and add to rice.
Stir in salsa, bacon bits.
Heat until warmed through.

Makes about 8 - 3/4 cup servings.
