Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Sliced Celery2 to 3 Tablespoons of Chopped onion1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 Cup Cooked Brown rice3 oz. Cooked shrimp1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Tablespoon of Soy SauceDash of Garlic Salt
Directions
Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in Olive oil until tender, add cut up shrimp (or leave whole if you prefer) when shrimp is hot add cooked brown rice. Heat through.
