Chicken Alfredo, bow tie pasta

Ingredients
2 tbs butter1 tbs olive oil3 skinless, boneless chicken breast1 clove garlic1/3 cup kraft parmesan & romano cheese grated3/4 cup heavy whipping cream8 oz of barilla piccolini mini farfalleSalt/pepper and parsley to taste
Directions
Trim visible fat from chicken breast, salt and pepper. Cook 4-5 minutes on medium heat on each side in olive oil.

Remove chicken, add butter. Add garlic for a minute, make sure not to scorch garlic. Add heavy whipping cream, cheese. You may add 1/2 to 1 cup of water to thin sauce. Once incorporated, add back chicken and stir in cooked pasta. Serve.
