Chinese Macaroni with Broccoli and Mushrooms

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped or diced Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Macaroni, enriched, 6 cup elbow shaped (half of a 900g bag works, or 450 g) *Soy Sauce, 0.5 cupOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Boil Water. Add macaroni noodles to cook.
Chop Onion, Broccoli and Mushrooms.
Drain macaroni noodles when done.
Add to pot 1 TBSP Olive oil to suatee onion, add broccoli and mushrooms, stir fry until tender, add macaroni noodles and soy sauce and stir until noodles are darkened, onions are darkened, and all items are coated.

Add pepper to taste.

Serve as a meal in bowls or on a plate.

Serves 6 servings in bowls!
