French Onion Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil2 med onions sliced in rings2 cups of water2 beef bouillon cubesdash of salt
Directions
Heat sauce pan on med heat. Add olive oil and onions, saute onions over med heat until soft and carmelized. Add water, bouillon cubes and bring to a boil. Salt to taste. Serve.

To make it more authentic, top toasted bread with grurye cheese place on top of soup and broil until cheese melts. NOTE: toast and cheese add lots of extra calories!
