Chicken With Rosemary and Lime

Ingredients
Ingredients: Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed Lime Juice, 2 lime yields *Canola Oil, .5 cup Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in skillet, add chicken, brown for color.
Mix together chicken broth, lime juice and other ingredients. Without draining oil, add mix of chicken broth to pan with chicken. Over medium heat cook chicken for 20 minutes. The broth with cook down and create a wonderful sauce that is wonderful with rice! Makes 6 servings.
