Yogurt Smoothies

Ingredients
1) 325g low fat strawberry yogurt2) any amount of ice cream you wish (nutrition is for 0.5 cup)3) 1 cup of 1% milk
Directions
1) add one cup of milk to a blender
2) add half a 650g container (325g) of low fat strawberry yogurt
3) add ice cream for desired thickness
4) blend for 2-3 minutes on low

*can add frozen berries, protein powder for health or even jello powder for a great taste*
