Chicken Breast Strips/ 3 per servingFresh Tomatillos 2 per serving Salsa Verde to tasteOlive Oil 1 Tbls per servingPepper to tasteFresh Cilantro to tasteFresh Basil to tasteFresh Garlic to taste
I use frozen chicken breast strips for this. This also gets fresh garlic, fresh cilantro, fresh tomatillos and fresh basil to taste. I use olive oil, about a tabelspoon for each serving, and black pepper to taste. Heat a deep skillet, add olive oil and seasonings, throw in your chicken breast strips, cut tomatillos in quarters, throw them in the pan. Cilantro and basil can be added last, so as not to bruise. I use three strips per serving.
