Quick Lite Dressing

Ingredients
Juice of one lemon1 Tsp extra virgin olive oil1 clove garlic minced3 grinds of sea salt4 grinds of pepperabout 5 or 6 mint leaves
Directions
Roll the lemon to get the most juice out of it. Add all the ingredients to a glass or jar. Mix well and top your salad.
