Pork Schnitzel

Ingredients
2 lbs pork tenderloin1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1/2 c flour3 eggs1 tbsp vegetable oil1 c bread crumbs1/2 c vegetable oil1/4 c lemon juice
Directions
Cut pork into 8 fillets, pound till about 1/8" thick. Combine flour, salt and pepper in small bowl. Beat eggs and 1 tbsp oil in another bowl. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Dip pork into flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs. In skillet, heat 1/2 c oil. Cook pork until done, about 4 minutes each side. Remove from pan, sprinkle with lemon juice.
