Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
1 medium butternut squash (1 1/2 lbs)1 large onion1 can chicken or vegetable broth8 oz silken TofuMarjoramCayenne PepperSalt
Directions
Chop squash and onion into 2-inch pieces and place in crockpot. Cover with broth, add spices to taste.
Cook on high 3-4 hours, or low 6-8 hours.
Using immersion blender, puree soup until smooth. Add tofu and puree. Heat 30 more minutes and serve!
