Ground chicken in tomato sauce

Ingredients
500g minced chicken1 med carrots, cut into cubes1/2 onions, minced4 pcs Shiitake mushroom, slicedA dash of thymeA dash of oregano ! can Hunt's tomato sauce
Directions
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet and add chicken and carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes or chicken is slightly dry. Add in tomato sauce and mushroom. Stir and add about 1/2 cup water. Let simmer for another 5 - 8 mins. Add thyme and oregano.

Makes 6-8 servigns
Can be taken with brown rice or pasta
