Low Calorie Low Carb Shrimp and Meatball Gumbo

Ingredients
8 oz lean ground beef1/2 lb raw 6/80 count shrimp, shelled1 can Hunt's tomato sauce1 small onion, chopped1/2 green bell pepper, chopped1 bag okra2 qts chicken brothbasil, thyme, old bay, salt, pepper, to taste
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

Add the broth to a large pot and bring to a boil.

Add the chopped veggies , the okra, the tomato sauce, and spices to taste.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add the ground beef made into meatball shapes (you can brown beforehand if desired). Simmer until the veggies are cooked, then add the shrimp and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
