pork chops (4)eggww flourcorn flour or mealdried chopped onionssaltpepperchili powder
Heat a large cast iron skillet. dredge chops in beaten egg, then in a mixture of all other ingredients. Brown on both sides, then put skillet in 350 degree oven for 30 min or so, until chops are cooked through.
