1 cup ripe mango cut into 1/4-inch cubes3 tablespoons Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions2 tablespoons cider vinegar2 tablespoons chopped green peppers1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/8 teaspoon ground clovesDash of black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat for 25 minutes or until mango is soft and chutney is thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool slightly, and serve over fish, meats, poultry, baked potatoes, and curried dishes.
