Ingredients
1 large Hard Boiled Egg1 slice Kraft Singles American Cheese1 Aunt Millies Multi Whole Grain English Muffin1 slice (1 oz) Olde Kentucky Sliced Ham from Meijer (50cals/2oz)
Directions
Cut muffin in half, and place one slice (1oz) ham on bottom. Put sliced egg (I use an egg slicer) on top of that, and then cheese on top of that, and of course the top half of the muffin

Place on plate or paper towel and Heat in microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds.
