Salmon Steaks - 2Fresh Torn Spinach - 2 CupsSliced Mushrooms - 1 CupChopped Tomato - 1 LargeSun-Dried Tomato Salad Dressing - 1/3 Cup
1. Preheat over to 375°F
2. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray and place fish in dish, with the skin side down
3. Mix the other ingredients and spoon over fish
4. Bake until fish flakes easily, about 20 to 25 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
