1 cup cornmeal1/8 cup eggbeaters3/4 cup skim milk3 tablespoons stivea has a better taste and no calories, but can substitue splenda as well
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray pan with non stick spray. mix as listed, and bake for aprox 30 minutes
