Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
* Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove) * Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Egg Noodles, enriched, 1 cup (remove) *Olive Oil 1 Tbsp. *Poultry seasoning
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pot. Add chopped veggies and saute. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Once veggies are cooked add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add chicken breast (I do add it in raw to poach in the broth, but you can cook it first then add it in). If you add the chicken raw allow to the chicken to cook before adding the noodles. Cook until the noodles are done.
