Better banana bread

Ingredients
Flour 1 3/4 cupBaking Powder 1 1/4 tspBaking Soda 1/2 tspSalt 3/4 tspUnsweetened applesauce 1/4 cupSugar (or Splenda) 2/3 cup4 Egg whitesBananas 2 - 3 medium
Directions
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Mix sugar and applesauce until fluffy, add egg whites and mix until smooth.

Add dry ingredients alternately with mashed banana, stirring just enough to mix. Do not beat.

Spray 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
