Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 eggs, lightly beaten3 bananas, mashed1/3 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup milk (I use light vanilla soy milk)2 cups flour (whole wheat)1 cup sugar (or substitute, or less)2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp saltchocolate chips (optional - nutrition info says 1.5 cups)coconut flakes (optional 1.5 cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix the first four ingredients well.

Mix the rest of the ingredients in.

Fold in chocolate chips or coconut or both.

Pour into greased bread pan.

Bake for 55 minutes.
