Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground turkey2 cups cooked brown rice1 can stewed tomatoes1 small onion1 package taco seasoning 1/2 cup of water
Directions
Cook rice according to instructions. Brown turkey and onions. Mix all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve over baked corn chips with salsa.

    I tried this recipe twice. The second time I just used a tsp of cumin and chili powder each to lower the sodium and it turned out just as good. - 2/4/09
