"Fiesta" Red Potatoes

Ingredients
4 med. sized red potatoes, chopped2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (leave seeds if you want hot. Remove if not.)1 med. onion, chopped2 medium tomatoes, chopped1 tbsp oilcooking sprayseasoned salt or salt-free seas. blend
Directions
In a large skillet, add oil, potatoes, onion and jalapeno. Saute over medium to low heat for 25-30 min. or until tender. Stir in chopped tomatoes and seasonings and heat through.
