Hamburger Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
Garlic, 2 cloves choppedStewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Celery seed, .5 tsp Basil, 1/8 tsp Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (1 can drained and rinsed)Onions, raw, 1 large choppedGround beef, extra lean, 16 ozGreen Pepper 1 slicedChili powder, 2 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp to tasteBay Leaf, 1 leaf
Directions
In pot add ground beef, onions, garlic and peppers and cook until beef is browned. Drain fat. Return to pot and add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for about 2-3 hours.
