1 zucchini, sliced1 summer squash, slice1 green and/or red bell pepper, chopped1 medium onion1/2 head large cabbagesalt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in skillet and stir fry onion and green pepper until done. Add zucchini and summer squash and stir fry until done. Add cabbage and saute until cabbage is tender. Serve alone or over rice. Serves 4-6.
