stuffed peppers

Ingredients
ground bee 93%-12 ounces. Chopped onion-1/3 cup. Brown rice 3/4 cup cooked. Green peppers (4 3 ounces each). Oil 2 T. Tomato soup-2 cans.Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
saute onion in oil till just slightly colored. Cook rice as directed on package. Add onion and rice to raw ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff into cleaned green peppers (3 oz. each) Place in a medium saucepan. Spoon tomato soup over peppers and add a can of water. Cover and cook over low heat for 30-45 minutes
