Chicken Sausage & Vegetable soup

Ingredients
10 oz. package of broccoli2.5 cups of frozen corn2 medium onions (chopped)25 baby carrots3 small zucchini (2-3 cups, sliced)8 pre-cooked chicken sausage8 cups chicken broth1 tbsp black pepper1 tbsp dried parsley1/8 tsp celery seed2 bay leaves
Directions
Layer broccoli, corn, onions, carrots, zucchini & sausage in a large crockpot. Sprinkle seasoning over top. Pour chicken broth over top (so seasoning drizzles down into mixture).

Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8-10 hours. Stir occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Try substituting different veggies. I used what I had in the house at the time.

    Very tasty, but you might want to substitute a low sodium chicken or vegetable broth. - 3/6/07
