Mom's Pear Salad

Ingredients
Place lettuce of your choice in large bowl, add red onion, shredded cheddar cheese and diced or cubed pears. In a separate bowl take 1/2 cup Hellman's Mayo and 2 tablespoons of pear nectar and whisk to the consistance you like. Do not mix together with lettuce until 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
