Ingredients
1 carton 500g egg beaters1 large yellow & 1 large red pepper 1.5 cups spinach2 tbsp chives3 tsp chopped garlic1/4 cupOnions chopped 2 tbsp chives3 medium firm tomatoes1.5 cups chopped green beans2 tbsp fresh grated parmesan1.5 cups chopped fresh spinachyour favorite spices
Directions
Chop all veggies
mix in casserole dish with garlic & spices
pour egg beaters over
sprinkle with parmesan
bake at 350F for 40 minutes
cut into 4 large servings to have as a meal or into six smaller squares for a healthy protein & veggie snack.
