Chicken Creole

Ingredients
28 oz Crushed tomatos3 chicken breasts1 onion1 green pepper4 carrots4 stalks celery3 cloves garlic3 cups water1 tablesp Cajan Seasoning or more to taste
Directions
Spray large pot with oil spray, cook diced chicken add onion, green pepper, carrots, celery, garlic the tomatos and water. Add sesonings and simmer for 1 hour.
Great over brown rice!
