1 tbsp olive oil4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 44 small carrots cut into 48 small onions, 2" diameter,peeled and whole2 large stalks celery, cut into 61 turnip. peeled ancut into 41 choped garlic clove2 whole allspice grains1 bay leaf2 1/2 lbs lamb stew, bone included, from the shoulder1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper1 small bunch fresh parsley2 oz. light beer1 bay leaf
place ingredients in crockpot in the order listed. Add water up to an inch below the surface ogf the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until you think it is has stewed long enough.
