Mushroom Lemon Chicken with Green Beans

1 T Olive oil4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in pieces1 bag frozen Italian Style Green Beans1 can low fat condensed cream of mushroom soup1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Makes 6 servings
Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the chicken. Add the green beans and melt them. Mix the soup, mayonnaise lemon juice and 2T of Parmesan and mix it into the chicken. Cook a few minutes more to heat through. Serve with a sprinkle of the remaining parmesan.
Can use other vegetables. Can also cook this in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
