0.5 tbsn cocoa powder (unsweetened, organic if possible)1 tsp vanilla bourbon0.5 tbsp rice syryp0.70 cup hot water0.30 cup rice milk
place all ingredients into a saucepan, except for the rice milk. Stir over heat until all ingredients are dissolved. Add the rice mil, and continue heating. Remove from stove before the hot chocolate begins to boil. enjoy!
Makes 1 cup.
Rice milk has a sweet taste, but can also be substituted by soy milk or cows milk.
The rice syryp gives the malty taste - more can be added to tatste
