Ingredients
1 1/2 C. julienne mango1 1/2 C. shredded cabbage1 C. julienne red bell pepper1/2 C. sliced red onion1 C. julienne jicama4 T. chopper cilantro2 stalks julienne celeryjuice of one lime1/2 T. fish sauce1/2 T. sesame oil1 T. olive oil1/2 minced jalapeno pepper2 t. minced ginger root
Directions
toss all ingredients and let sit at room temp for about 1/2 hour to marinate.
