Mom's Pizza

Ingredients
3.25 Cups Pizza Flour (Whole grain)1 tsp Salt2 T Olive oil1.25 Cups warm water2 tsp instant yeast1Cup pizza sauce
Directions
Makes 2 pizzas
Combine the flour, salt, 1 T of the olive oil, water and yeast in your bread machine set to dough. (alternately mix and knead by hand or dough hook until smooth and elastic)
Allow to rise until doubled in size, about an hour.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide in half.
Spread dough on greased or cornmeal sprinkled pan.
Allow to rise while preheating your oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare toppings by browning beef and sauteing veggies. Adjust to your own tastes.
Just before baking dock the crust with a fork and brush edges with remaining olive oil. Bake for 6-8 minutes until beginning to set. Add sauce, toppings and cheese.
Bake at 425 for 8-12 minutes (longer if you have more toppings less if you are sticking with cheese)
