Whole Wheat Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 c egg beaters 3 T. applesauce1/3 c. whole wheat flour1 T. brown sugar2 t. baking powder1/8 t. salt1 t. vanillaCinnamon to taste
Directions
Makes 4-6 pancakes depending on size.

Blend all ingredients together. Use nonstick griddle/pan or spray pan and cook pancakes on medium heat until golden.

Topping ideas:
Mix peanut butter and honey in blender and spread over pancakes

Mix 2 strawberries, 6-8 grapes and 2 T. applesaucue in blender and pour over pancakes (use other fruits for variety)
