Zucchini Salad

Ingredients
1 medium Zucchini, peeled into thin strips4 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup sweet onion, thin sliced1/4 cup crumbled feta cheesesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a serving bowl, whisk olive oil and lemon juice together until well blended. Add salt and pepper. Toss in zucchini and onions. Crumble cheese on top.
