No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
1 c. Splenda1/4 c. 2% Milk 1/4 c. Smart Balance Omega Butter Spread2 1/2 TBSP Cocoa powder2 1/2 TBSP Skippy Natural PB1 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/2 c. instant oats
Directions
Combine Splenda, butter, milk and cocoa in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer for about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add PB, oats and vanilla.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet or wax paper. .
Allow to cool in freezer or at room temp.
Enjoy!

    This is interesting. A lot of people use smart balance butter and if you check, blue bonnet butter is lower in fat and etc than this butter. Check it out sometime. - 6/27/11

    This recipe is great. Tastes so much like the old fashioned ones. I made one batch using the milk and second batch replacing the milk with same amount of EAS sugar free Chocolate Myoplex Lite Protein drink. This was amazing and adds a little more protein. Thanks for the AWESOME recipe. - 7/9/10
