Simple salmon cakes

Ingredients
6 oz package pink salmon1/4 cup Mayo1 tbsp Lemon Juice1/2 tsp Garlic powder1 Medium egg1 cup Bread Crumbs1/4 tsp saltdash Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients (exept reserve 1/3 cup bread cumbs.
Form into 4-1/2" thick patties.
Roll in reserved bread crumbs
Broil in oven 5 minutes per side
