Blueberry Peach Muffins

1/4 cup maple syrup1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon sea salt3/4 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup dry oatmeal1/4 cup flaxseed mill1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup silk (with fiber)4/4 cup blueberries (give or take some)1 cup chopped peaches (give or take)1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
2. Measure baking soda, salt, flour, oatmeal and mill into a bowl. Stir well to combine ingredients.
3. Add oil, silk, maple syrup, and vanilla; mix just until flour is moistened.
4. Fold in blueberries and peaches
5. Use a non-stick muffin pan, or muffin papers. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan right away.
