Sweet Potato Stew

2 to 3 large sweet potatoes, cubed1/2 bag baby carrots3 celery stalks, diced1 small onion, diced1/4 to 1/2 lb stew meat1 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic (or 2 to 3 cloves fresh minced garlic)1 to 2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning5 to 6 cups water
The serving size is about 1 cup and it makes about 8-10 servings depending on how many veggies you add and if you are feeding children or adults.
1. Add all ingredients to large cooking pan on stove.
2. Cover and cook on medium to medium-high heat for about 1 hour or until carrots are tender.
3. If water gets too low, you can add some, but otherwise don't remove lid.
4. This can be enjoyed with any healthy whole grain bread or rolls or by itself.
