Pasta & Ham Salad

Ingredients
8 oz. pasta shells, cooked, drained 1-1/2 cups cooked ham, chopped 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup celery, sliced 1/2 cup radishes, sliced 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip salad dressing 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tsp. chopped chives 1 tsp. tarragon vinegar or cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine pasta, ham, bell pepper, celery, radishes and green onions in a large bowl.

Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, garlic, chives, vinegar and salt in a blender.
Process until well blended.

Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently to combine. Chill until serving time.


You can use either plain yogurt or a light sour cream. And you can omit cider vinegar and salt and it will still taste great.
