Ingredients
1/2 medium Banana (frozen and 'slightly' defrosted)1 Non-Fat Yoghurt - approximately 150gm or just under 5oz1/4 cup Non-Fat Milk
Directions
1. Make sure the Banana is pre-frozen and slightly defrosted so you can remove the skin.

2. Peel and slice banana.

3. Put the banana and yoghurt in a blender and a little of the milk then blend.

2. Watch the mix. If it gets too thick, then put more milk in.

NOTE: You may not need all the milk depending on how thick your yoghurt is, and how frozen the banana is.

Any other ingredients can be added as you wish. A great thing to add is any kind of berry.

I also added frozen Fruit Strawberries and used Vanilla yogurt. I guess I should list it as a whole other recipe. :) - 9/8/07

I also add frozen fruit, or fresh, along with 1 cup of cranberry juice to give it some different flavors. I love to make these for my kids in the morning. - 3/14/07
