Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
Chicken Breast boneles, skinless - 5 ozOnions, raw - 1 smallMushrooms, fresh sliced - 2 cupsSweet peppers (any kind) - 20 stripsBrocoli, carrots, cauliflower, fresh or frozen - 3 cupsSoy sauce, low sodium - 1 tbspZero calorie itmes: Salt free Tony Chachere's Seasoning - to tastePam Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Cut chicken into chuncks. Heat deep skillet/ wok and spray with cooking spray. Sear chicken half way. Then put it to the side.
Spray pan and add all vegetables fry for a few mintues, add chicken, soy suce and seasoning. Fry until vegetable are tender and chicken is cooked.
