chicken vegetable medley

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbspChicken BreastLemon JuiceCarrots, raw, 0.5 cup, strips or slicesPeas, canned, drainedCabbage, napa, 2 cupsCouscous, 1/2 cup cookedQuinoa, 1/2 cup cookedBrown Rice, 1 cup cooked
Directions
Heat olive oil. Cook chicken and remove from pan. Cook napa and carrots until tender. Return chicken to pan. Add pepper, garlic, onion powder, and golden thyme. Mix thoroughly. Add cooked grains and heat thoroughly. Add lemon juice and peas. Mix thoroughly until peas are warmed. Serve immediately.
