Ingredients
2-1/4 cup Whole-wheat flour1 tsp. Baking soda1 tsp. Salt1 Cup Brummel & Brown Yogurt Spread (butter substitute)**1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. Splenda Sugar Blend1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1tsp. Vanilla extract4 egg whites1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips**NOTE: You may replace the butter with unsweetened applesauce. Doing so will add more sweetness, but will bring it down 10 calories and 1 gram of fat per cookie. I enjoy it both ways. Sometimes I go half and half.
Directions
Be sure to mix the wet ingredients + the sugar first. Wisk the try ingredients together in a bowl, then slowly add it to the wet mixture while stiring between each add.

Preheat the oven 375 degrees
Place small heaps on an un-greased cookie sheet
*the heaps do NOT have to be perfect, the cookies will rise a little
Bake them for 8-10 minutes, depending on your oven

Depending on the size, these can make between 48 and 60 cookies.
