1 graham cracker split into two squares1 oz fat free cream cheese1 TBS Raspberry Jam
Directions
Spread the cream cheese on both crackers. Place jam on top of the cream cheese on one cracker, and place the other cracker (cream cheese side down) on top and press gently to make a delicious cheesecake sandwich.
